Interview with Emily and Kelly

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Emily: once a week
Kelly: I choose to not have visitors. I did see my attorney and the process was easy. We spoke thru the visitor glass but I could hear well.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Kelly: When my attorney came to see me she got right in and we talked thru a plate of glass.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Kelly: We spoke thru the visitor glass but I could hear well. At first it was difficult to hear her but she moved to a place where we were able to discuss things over the phone which allowed me to hear her better.
